HDPE sheets

HDPE (high density polyethylene)

HDPE is the high density version of PE plastic. We produce these HDPE sheets in widths of up to 1500 mm and thicknesses of 1-12 mm. Polyethylene sheets are available as virgin HDPE sheets, regenerated HDPE sheets and mixtures.

Tablen® HDPE sheets have the following properties:

- High impact and notched impact strength
- High mechanical strength and rigidity
- Continuous use temperature approx. 85 °C
- High rigidity and toughness down to -40 °C
- Good scratch resistance and hardness for the material
- Easy workability
- Good chemical resistance
- Approved for the transport of food in accordance with the specifications of the Federal Institute for Health Consumer Protection and Veterinary Medicine (BgVV) and the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
